Overview

Axerena Energy Ltd. is an integrated energy platform active across the full energy value chain — originating, developing and financing bankable solar, wind and storage projects, building towards long-term ownership and operation of generation assets, and trading power across regional markets.

Projects are structured on an SPV basis and designed to be bankable from the outset, progressed either directly by AXERENA or in partnership with established international developers and investors.

Development Pipeline

Approximately 150 MW under development across 5 projects in 6 energy markets, on a 100% renewable-focused pipeline. All projects are currently in development — AXERENA has no completed or operating assets to date; capacities and target dates remain subject to permitting, grid access and final investment decision.

Role in the Group

The energy development and investment arm of the Group and a key sustainability driver. AXERENA works alongside APIS on ESCO and EPC delivery and with ERAM Invest on project financing.
